Can I buy a device without installation?
Discuss supply-only and complete installation options with our team. The quotation should state exactly what is included.
Do you install face and fingerprint attendance systems?
Yes. We discuss face, fingerprint, card and selected multi-biometric configurations, along with software and attendance reporting requirements.
Can attendance connect to payroll or HRMS?
The available integration depends on the devices, software edition and interface supported by your HRMS or payroll platform. Share your system names and expected format so compatibility can be reviewed.
Can you work across several locations?
Discuss your branch locations, connectivity and central reporting needs. On-site work, commissioning and support arrangements are agreed for the project.
What does an AMC include?
AMC scope varies by installation and agreement. Ask for preventive visits, remote support, on-site work, parts and exclusions to be listed in the proposal.
